Comments:

I have had a lot of challenges in my life, but, I consider myself lucky for all the blessings I have had. I am proud of the fact that I have had to work very hard for everything I have and have not had everything handed to me. My health has been an issue, but, I know it could have been a lot worse and am greatful to God that it is not and that he has seen me through it.

Most Embarrassing Moment:

The A'Capella Choir was singing at Davis High. I was late and got into the parking lot just as the bus was pulling out. When I pulled my car up behind Craig Fisher's car I did not know I was parking on ice and plowed into the back of his car while the whole Choir on the bus watched.
I put a real small dent in his trunk and the whole front end of my little Datsun was smashed in including the radiator.

Gary,  Just before Hurricane Irma made landfall, I remembered how you called me before and after Hurricane Hermine hit.  Then,  I got a FB email from Jill checking on me.  It made me feel wonderful.  I was really missing your calls and Jill came through for us both.  Then, after it was all over, she checked on me to see if I was alright.  She is so wonderful Gary.  You more than chose well.  She is an absolute Doll.  You must have the angels all laughing.  We all miss you, but know you are out of pain and that is important.  Thanks for being you and for bringing Jill into our lives.

When Bill was working 160 miles away, Gary would check in on me from time to time.  He would always ask how I was and I would say that I was fine.  And he would say, "Are you sure Lee?"  I would assure him I was and tell him MS to me wasn't anyway near as bad as ALS or Parkinsons or any of the other Neuromusculor illnesses.  He always made me smile and laugh.  I will miss him, but, I know he is in a Glorious place with our Heavenly Father.  Rest well my friend.

Hi Connie. I think about you a lot. I remember when You and Sally Mitchell and Linda Wynne and I used to hang out together in Junior High. I know Sally's mother died a few years ago. I think she died 3 years after my mom died in 2007. I can still hear her mom saying "Sally do you have your retainer on?" I don't think any of us thought we would be where we are today or would have seen the world change the way it has. What a mess huh? I hope this finds you well. I remember seeing you at the airport many years ago. You were the last person I saw in Utah years ago before I went back for the reunion in 2009. I am so glad I can still call you friend. You were one of the best! You never judged people and were always there with a smile. Thanks Connie -Lee

USS Arizona
It was really windy that day.
The rippled effect is eerie.
It was a very somber experience.
